All items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in perfect condition and labeled. You can decide if you prefer a credit note, an exchange or a refund.
Pass this due date, we will be obligated to return your package and refuse the refund.
If the items are in good shape, you get your refund within 15 working days following the reception of your package. If all items of your order are returned, the refund will include the order shipping fees.
To proceed, follow our instructions
1- Pack your part in the original box with its delivery note.
2- Go to our where you can register your request with our order number and your email address.
3- Fill in the form with the reasons for your return
4- Choose the exchange, the credit or the refund.
5- Download the return form to stick it to your package
6- You can drop it off at your local post office or any other post office.

Exchanges :
Any item purchased online is exchangeable and does not incur any return costs.
The exchange will be processed upon receipt depending on our stock availability
- Size exchange: please select the size that suits you
- Item exchange: please contact us by email at eboutique@heimstone.com.
Store credits
- It will be delivered to you as soon as we receive your return package. The credit note will be sent to you by email with a validity of 6 months. Not usable on sales or outlets.
Refunds:
Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for your initial purchase.
You will receive an email of good receipt after we receive your refund.
If the items are in good condition, you will get your refund within 15 working days after receiving your package. Note that a 10€ fee for the prepaid label and the processing of your return will be deducted from your refund.
