You can now return your items online directly
Any items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days upon receiving your order. The items must be returned in perfect condition. Your refund will be credited to the same payment method used for your initial purchase.
If the items are in good shape, you get your refund within 15 working days following the reception of your package. If all items of your order are returned, the refund will include the order shipping fees.
Pass this due date, we will be obligated to return your package or to offer you a credit note.
To proceed, follow our instructions:

Place the items back into their original packaging. Items must be returned in perfect condition accompanied by your invoice at our warehouse.

Click Here to fill out our return form. At the end of the process you will receive a pre-paid return label.
Once you have filled the form, print the return label and place it on your package. Note that a fee of 10€ for the pre-paid label will be deducted from your refund.

You can now drop off your return parcel at the post office.

To proceed to an exchange in size:
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.
To proceed to an exchange, follow the same instructions as a return. Only select the exchange option and choose the size you would prefer to have.
